Firstenburg Community Center; Repaired some water damaged boards, sanded off old oil based finish, painted new game lines, and finished with quality Sports Floor Finish from Bona.
This damaged was caused by potted plants and rugs. We were able to bring this hardwood floor back to its original beauty!
The original stain was a light grey and when the client purchased the home they wanted to change it to a dark stain.
Here we had to lace-in new wood to remove the obvious “line” in addition to removing the different species of hardwood and install new hardwood of the same species. You can see the difference the finish makes!
As you can see this floor is in bad need of some TLC! We removed the carpeting on the staircase and installed new hardwood also.
These floors & staircase were done with an Engineered Hardwood, pictures do not do it justice!
